At the end of each project we ask for feedback so we can learn to make our service better.  And many times we are getting unsolicited feedback.  We are blessed to work with so many nice and appreciative people and are thankful for all the positive things that have been said about us.

 

It is common to receive feedback either when the customer is very pleased or very disappointed.  I can say with pride that we have never received a negative feedback but have received many positive ones.

"My wife and I had planned to convert our slides to DVDs in the spring of 2005. We had just about completed our review of 3500 slides and had been communicating with Richard via e-mail.  Along came Katrina and all of our plans changed. We had hurricane damage to our home and moved our slides to my mom's house in Atlanta for safe keeping.  Luckily, we had placed all of our slide trays in plastic bags before the storm and we found them high and dry on our return!

We finally completed the repairs to our home, retrieved our slides from Atlanta and completed our final review in the spring of this year. I had also lost all of my computer data and could not remember Richard's last name or, his website! After many hours of searching the web, I found Richard's web site and contacted him about our project.

We did not feel comfortable mailing all of our precious slides to Richard and decided to deliver them to him in person. We were welcomed into his home and actually spent a couple of hours with him learning about the process and reviewing some of his previous work. We were amazed with his equipment, his process and quality of work. 

We could tell he had great passion for his work and left feeling that our slides were in caring hands and that they would be treated as if they were his own! 

We received the completed "slide show DVDs" and my wife and I plan to surprise our kids for Christmas by giving them cherished memories of their childhoods dating back some 40 years!  Reviewing the slide show brought tears to our eyes as we experienced the way Richard brought the slides back to life! The addition of the music track was an added delight.

What else I could say for it, amazing.  I can not believe that you got the project done so fast. On large projects people assume that it will take a lot of time. "I have dealt with hundreds of people through their sites and a guy becomes accustomed to waiting two or three days to get a response.  I emailed a question on Sunday morning and had an answer Sunday around noon.  You will not find that kind of service except from a Mom and Pop business and I applaud you.  It was unbelievable to me that I sent my slides out on Thursday afternoon from New Mexico and by Saturday morning I had my scans delivered to me via email.  It's almost faster than doing yourself."

"I too, am a digital image specialist and have been for almost six years.  I am also a video editor / producer so I know the industry.  When I do something for someone, I only deliver the best because my reputation is on the line.  When I decided to convert all my old slides (approximately 1500) I went in search of a top of the line scanner.  I know you get what you pay for and for $1500 - $2500 you can get a top of the line slide scanner.  I didn't want to pay that so I went searching and found Mr. Schneitler.  When I got my slides back I knew that he uses one of the top of the line scanners because the scans were as good as they could have been and that can only be done with top notch equipment and the know how to operate it. So...from one guy in the industry to another, my hat is off to you for a superior product and outstanding customer service."

"You will not find better service or a better product anywhere on the web or the street.  I am convinced of that.  I have never had service like this professional and trustworthy.  I felt safe sending my family memorabilia photos across the country to you"

"I have over 1500 slides to transfer and will not hesitate one minute to have Mr. Schneitler scan them for me.  He has the scanner and he is taking his own time to scan them which frees me up from having to do it and I don't have to spend the money for the scanner.  The price is cheap and worth every cent."
