OTHER SERVICES ADDITIONAL DISCS COMMENT Note that we will not double-dip on S&H if you order more than one service from us at one time (such as slide conversion + prints). 127 format (shown as 4th one from left in top row of samples below) scans pricing is $.89/slide. Stereo Slide scans pricing is $0.30 in addition to prices above (for 1 of the 2 images of the stereo slide). Pricing includes dust removal via Digital ICE as well as basic digital image enhancements. Slides are scanned at 1,500 ppi (2,000 ppi at no extra charge, if requested) which will provide an image of about 1,800 x 1,200 pixels. This size is more than sufficient for computer monitor + HDTV viewing and the perfect size for a 4x6 prints at 300 dpi. The pricing is based on 6x6 cm medium format images. We can also scan 6x4.5, 6x9, 6x12 as well as odd sized transparencies. The pricing above is per image based on the understanding that each strip has 2 or more images per strip. If you require only selected images per strip then it is $0.69 per image on a strip. Scanning loose one-image pieces are $1.19 per image. For B&W negatives we highly suggest having them fluid mount scanned which makes a huge difference in the final image quality. 35mm negatives are scanned at 1,500 ppi which will provide an image of about 1,800 x 1,200 pixels which is more than sufficient for computer monitor viewing, HDTV, and the perfect size for 4x6 prints at 300 dpi. The prices above are based on 4x6 prints but we can make prints up to 30x40 for you. We will need a digital image to start from. You can therefore either provide your own digital image or we can continue with the digital image that we generated for you as part of one of our digitization services. Note that the 8mm stands for an 8mm tape, not an 8mm film reel. Pricing applies to Digital 8 and VHS-C as well. 8mm film reel conversions are available - please contact us for pricing. As part of this service we will take the data straight off of your tape, digitize it, and place it onto a playable DVD without a menu. For further detail please click here. Photo Restoration The hourly rate is $40. This includes material and the workstation. Since photo restoration highly depends on the condition of the image we decided to do it on an hourly basis vs. a price per image. We will gladly provide a fixed price estimate for your image and will not charge S&H, etc. if you decide to go a different route. For further detail please click here. Photo Image Gallery The shown images are for sale. Each full-size digital file is $5/image. They continue to be copyrighted by Richard Schneitler even after you receive the file. So please don't make any copies other than for yourself. We can also make a print of the image that you like and send it to you either with or without frame. To view the images please click here. Custom Services All work that is not performed as part of the fixed prices are considered custom services and are being charged at $40/hour. This includes material and the workstation. We can provide a fixed price estimate for most items if it is preferred over the hourly rate. Additional CDs The cost for an additional CD is $4/CD. This includes the CD, label, jewel case, and burning it. Additional DVDs The cost for an additional DVDs is $6/DVD. This includes the DVD, label, jewel case, and burning it.
